Weather got you down?

I love sunny days. My favorite seasons are spring and summer for the same reason. I really enjoy looking the blue sky; feel the sun in my skin, and also have days longer. I didn’t like bad weather in my country, but I must say that I change my mind. I like rainy and cloudy days in California. I was astonished when I saw the trees with yellow and red leaves. They look pretty.  And the rain, it’s not so bad.  Besides, if we think about bad weather is as beneficial as good weather. Trees and animals need water to survive; we need water, as well.
On the other hand, I’m not sure if this is real or not. But I remembered when our science teacher told us about how does bad weather affect kids’ behavior? According to her, children are noisier and more hyperactive when days are cloudy and when there is a chance of raining.
Personally, I don’t feel affect for bad weather at all. I keep my same levels of motivation since I think every day its amazing weather we have good or bad weather. Moreover, I learnt to enjoy, love, be thankful for that.

  1. Pam, what IS the weather like in your country? What is bad weather? In the Bay Area many of us respond very intensely to slight changes in weather. If it goes beyond 87 we're hot, below 55 and we're cold. We know we're spoiled, but sometimes I think complaining can be a way of celebrating. What do you think?

  2. Lol... As you said, maybe can be a way of celebrating, you have such a wonderful weather. When I said, "I didn't like bad weather in my country." It's just because we have rain and low temperatures during winter months... On the contrast, in California you can enjoy warm days and cool days mix in just one season. That's great! I love it.
